Public Defender of Rights Mária Patakyová conducted a survey of the adoption system to find out to what extent the best interests of the child are taken into account in the adoption process. It reviewed the current legislation and procedures of individual labor, social affairs and family offices, which, in addition to the courts, play an important role during adoption.
